A: That of a business evangelist who is capable of materializing his IT vision to enhance business capabilities and deliver values. … It also depends on the company's maturity and openness. In some cases, unless the CIO is a proven marketer, the IT dept is most of the time out of the loop when it comes to business strategic planning!
