A: … I believe that a great deal of what is needed is quite simple: saying "yes" where IT normally says "no" to ideas and proposals from business. Reasons for saying "no" are always at hand: corporate standards, IT security, infrastructure settings. The reason to say "yes" is simple: "yes, dear business, I want you to make money for the org, and if you can make money with that new idea, I'll make it happen."
