As a Strategist Consultant I help CIOs, COOs, CFOs and VPs transform their IT into organizations that meet business objectives and clearly demonstrate ROI. I help my clients achieve better business outcomes by examining all appropriate delivery strategies and matching solutions to needs. While Cloud may be cool to say, it's not cool to implement if it doesn't address the right problems. I am a trusted advisor to my clients, and they rely on me to help them see solutions in an objective manner. Our clients want to work with me because I am one of them. I advocate for them, and I am passionate about meeting their needs.

My expertise as the Portfolio Management Global Lead for Strategic IT Advisory Services (SITAS) helps business leaders balance the need for effective IT with the need for achieving business objectives. I am currently developing a new generation of consulting services that optimize IT investments and demonstrate measurable results.
What I have learned
First, there is no single right answer for each client, but the questions tend to be very similar. Answering those same few questions in a wide variety of ways according to the unique needs and resources of my clients has provided me with an enormous store of knowledge to draw from. Secondly, the "special sauce" to consulting is a large dose of humanity, empathy and understanding that even the most sophisticated client organizations still have things to learn. Lastly, it truly takes a village to support a client—from sales and pursuit right down to delivery. No one can work in a vacuum, and this is what makes HP so special—we have all those resources we can bring to bear. Without your teammates, you might as well pack up your bags and go home.
