Ann Livermore

EVP, HP Enterprise Business

Ann Livermore is executive vice president of the HP Enterprise Business, an approximately $54 billion annual business that encompasses storage, servers, software and services. The products and services from this organization serve business and public sector customers of all sizes in more than 170 countries.

For more than two decades, Livermore has been involved with building solutions to help HP customers manage and transform their technology environments to optimize business outcomes. She joined HP in 1982 and held a variety of management positions in marketing, sales, research and development, and business management before being elected a corporate vice president in 1995.

Livermore holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University. In 1997, Livermore was elected to the board of directors of United Parcel Service.
 

Tom Hogan

EVP, HP Software

Thomas E. Hogan serves as executive vice president of the HP Software & Solutions business, which delivers management and industry solutions to optimize business outcomes and allow customers to extract more value from their investments in people, the network, infrastructure, applications, and information. He has responsibility for all business functions, including sales, marketing, engineering, product development, operations and technical support.

Prior to joining HP in 2006, Mr. Hogan served as the president and chief executive officer of Vignette, a publicly held software company specializing in enterprise content management. During his tenure as CEO from 2002-2006, Hogan transformed Vignette through a series of four strategic acquisitions, leading the company to sustained growth and profitability.

Mr. Hogan began his career at IBM in 1982 and held a variety of executive posts, including his last assignment as vice president of midrange servers for the Americas region in 1999. He spent two years prior to his Vignette assignment as senior vice president of global sales and operations for Siebel Systems, where he helped quadruple total revenues.

Mr. Hogan holds a Masters of Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, graduating with distinction with concentrations in finance, international business and organizational behavior. He also holds a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
 

David Donatelli

EVP and General Manager, Enterprise Servers and Networking Business Unit

David Donatelli is executive vice president and general manager of the Enterprise Servers and Networking business unit. In this role, Donatelli is responsible for the development of HP’s industry-leading server and networking solutions.

Donatelli’s team includes Business Critical Systems, Industry Standard Servers, Infrastructure Software, Blades and ProCurve Networking. This portfolio provides the foundation for HP’s Converged Infrastructure. The Converged Infrastructure is HP’s solution for the next-generation data center that enables CIOs to rapidly shift technology resources to meet changing business needs.

Prior to joining HP, Donatelli spent 22 years at EMC Corporation where he held a variety of management, operations, sales and marketing positions. In his last role he was President of the EMC Storage Division, where he oversaw the development of all of EMC’s storage platforms and the development of EMC’s Information Management Software and Infrastructure Software product offerings, Global Supply Chain and Worldwide Manufacturing.

David is a graduate of Boston College and received an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
 

Joe Eazor

SVP and General Manager,
HP Enterprise Services

Joe Eazor is senior vice president and general manager of HP Enterprise Services. He is responsible for all facets of operations and P&L for the business unit. Eazor reports directly to Ann Livermore, executive vice president of HP Enterprise Business.

Eazor most recently served as executive vice president of corporate strategy and business development for EDS, now HP, where he was responsible for EDS efforts during the HP acquisition and the subsequent integration of the two companies.

He has held a variety of leadership roles within EDS, including senior vice president and general manager of EDS Asia Pacific, vice president and general manager of EDS Asia, and vice president and general manager of the company’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) unit.

Before EDS, Eazor served as an A.T. Kearney vice president and global industry practices leader. He also served as a partner and co-leader of Ernst & Young’s Strategic Advisory Services Practice, served as a principal with AlixPartners LLC, and was the CEO of Springbow Solutions, a private equity-backed business-to-business software and services company.

Eazor currently is a member of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business Global Advisory Board. Previously, he served on the boards of A.T. Kearney, MphasiS, and ExcellerateHRO, the EDS HR outsourcing joint venture with Towers Perrin.

Eazor has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.Sc. degree from the Colorado School of Mines.
 

Randy Seidl

SVP Enterprise Storage, Servers

Randy Seidl is senior vice president and general manager of the HP Enterprise Storage, Servers, and Networking global business unit, where he leads the sales organization for the Americas region. He brings more than 24 years of global sales and executive management experience to HP, growing and scaling both emerging and Fortune 500 technology companies.

Seidl joins HP from Sun Microsystems where he most recently served as senior vice president of the North America Region for Sales and Services. His prior role at Sun was VP for the Financial Services Area, where his team was the #1 global selling unit in FY ’08, with all of his leaders over goal. Prior to Sun, Seidl held numerous leadership roles including CEO and Board member at Permabit, co-founder and executive vice president sales and services for GiantLoop, and Chairman and CEO of Workgroup Solutions.

Beginning his career at EMC in 1985 as the 33rd employee, Seidl held various positions in sales and marketing during his 11 years with the company, including VP of Open Systems Sales for North America. Seidl played a key role in EMC’s international expansion, leading early growth in the UK and then starting the Australasia operation.

A graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, Seidl has attended executive education programs at Stanford, Harvard, and MIT.
 

Francesco Serafini

SVP Enterprise Business EMEA Managing Director HP Europe, Middle East, and Africa

Francesco Serafini was appointed as managing director for HP Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and senior vice president for the Enterprise Business in EMEA in 2005. He chairs the regional leadership team responsible for the company strategy in EMEA, developing partnerships and key stakeholder relations for HP. As part of his role, he also leads the enterprise storage, systems and networking, software & solutions and services businesses, including sales and marketing to enterprise and public sector customers.

Serafini has more than 20 years experience in the IT services marketplace. Most recently he acted as senior vice president of the Enterprise Business in EMEA; prior to this role he was senior vice president of HP Services. In this last position he focused on developing the business as a leader in the provision of enterprise IT services, products and software in EMEA leading a workforce of 24,000 IT professionals. He has been a significant force in establishing HP’s position as a tier one services company and the number one IT company in EMEA.

Serafini joined HP in 1981 and held several management positions in software and support and professional services before becoming country manager for HP Italy in 1991. Serafini holds an engineering degree in electronics from Politecnico of Turin.
 

Mark Ferrer

VP, Worldwide Sales and Operations, HP Software & Solutions

Mark Ferrer is vice president of Worldwide Sales and Operations for HP Software & Solutions, leading worldwide sales. Additionally, he has responsibility for Business Operations; Sales Operations & Supply Chain; Sales Enablement; Alliances and Channels; the HP Software & Solutions EDS initiative and the Integration Management Office.

He was previously vice president of Americas Sales for software products. Mark has an extensive background in sales, marketing, solution development and general management gained through over 20 years of experience in the software and services industry.

Before coming to HP, Mark was the CEO and chairman of Critical Path, which provides consumer content and messaging solutions to large telecommunications providers worldwide. At Critical Path, he led the company to first-time profitability while enabling it to be viewed as a market leader in converged revenue generating offerings for mobile, fixed-line and broadband service providers.

Prior to Critical Path, he was the president and CEO of Vastera, Inc., a leader in global trade management software solutions and services. In addition, Mark previously served as president of Baan Americas, where he held P&L responsibility for Baan operations in North and South America, and as chief operating officer of Aurum Software (a Baan company), where he was responsible for sales, marketing, services and development.

He also held numerous executive sales and marketing positions at IBM, most recently as vice president, Software Marketing and Sales. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Clarkson College.
 

Andy Isherwood

VP and General Manager, HP Software Services, HP Software & Solutions

Andy Isherwood, who has been with HP for more than 20 years, is vice president of HP Software Services for HP’s Software & Solutions organization. This organization includes support as well as professional services and consulting. Ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction is the number one priority as the organization focuses on providing holistic solutions to customers.

Prior to this role, Andy was vice president and general manager for the software business in EMEA where he led a highly successful team in driving revenue, growth and profitability. As a key part of this job, he integrated the businesses of both Peregrine and Mercury.

Prior to this, Andy managed HP’s enterprise business in EMEA with responsibility for the sales of HP products and services into HP’s top 5,000 accounts.

Andy has previously held a number of key sales, channel sales, alliances and marketing roles for HP in the UK and EMEA. He holds a degree in business studies from the University of London and is a member of the Institute of Marketing. He is also a non-executive director of two companies.
 

Kristina Robinson

VP and General Manager, Business Intelligence Solutions, HP Software & Solutions

Kristina Robinson serves as vice president and general manager of the HP Software & Solutions Business Intelligence Solutions (BIS) organization, which delivers powerful business intelligence capabilities. The business combines industry-leading software and services to deliver solutions to customers. It includes consulting expertise in business intelligence with products that include Neoview, an enterprise-class data-warehousing platform based on industry-standard technology.

For more than two decades, Kris has helped customers in multiple industries transform their IT environments, yielding higher profit margins, increased productivity and customer insights.

Prior to joining HP Software & Solutions Kris was vice president of HP’s Imaging & Printing Group’s (IPG) Enterprise Sales and Services in North America, where she was responsible for maximizing IPG profit and revenue growth.

Prior to joining HP, Kris spent 21 years at NCR, including 10 years in the Teradata division. She held numerous executive sales and marketing positions, including managing the National Accounts organization and leading high-growth vertical segments for the division, which doubled revenues in less than three years. Her primary responsibilities have centered on developing and deploying growth strategies around business intelligence/data warehousing in high-opportunity markets, including financial services, insurance, healthcare and life sciences.

Recognized as a change agent, Kris has a talent for transforming organizations, and delivering exceptional and sustainable business results. She has a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA, and an MBA degree from Georgia State University. Kris is married and has two children. They currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
 

Andy Mattes

SVP and General Manager, HP Enterprise Services - Americas Region

Andy Mattes is senior vice president of the Americas region for HP Enterprise Services. He is responsible for accelerating market expansion and driving improved revenue and profit in Canada, Latin America, the United States, and in the HP General Motors account. He reports directly to Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor.

Mattes most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of Applications Services for EDS, an HP company. Prior to that, he led HP’s worldwide Outsourcing Services organization. He came to HP in 2006 to lead the enterprise sales organization with responsibility for corporate accounts, public sector sales, industry markets, worldwide alliance sales, sales compensation, global pre-sales and sales support, sales operations, and go-to-market effectiveness.

Prior to HP, Mattes spent 20 years at Siemens AG, where he held various sales and management positions. From 2004 until 2006, he served as president and chief executive officer of Siemens Communications, Inc., the U.S. arm of Siemens Communications, which delivers a broad portfolio of communications products and services for wireless, fixed, and enterprise networks. While in this role, Mattes also served as a member of the Group Board of Siemens Communication Group, the global governing body of the organization.

From September 2003 to September 2004, Mattes served as president of the European Industry Association for Information Systems, Communications Technologies and Consumer Electronics (EICTA).

Born in Nuremberg, Germany, Mattes received a degree in business management from Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and holds a university teaching position at the Technical University of Munich. Mattes currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of MphasiS.
 

Michael G. Nefkens

SVP and General Manager in EMEA, HP Enterprise Services

As senior vice president and general manager, Mike Nefkens is responsible for management of HP Enterprise Services in the EMEA region. Previously, he served as vice president of the General Motors Corp. account, HP Enterprise Services’ largest account. In this role, Nefkens lead the team that provided leading edge information technology (IT) and business process services in support f the automaker’s global engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and business operations.

Nefkens has spent a majority of his professional career managing and restructuring global businesses and is recognized for his turnaround expertise, experience and success. In 2005, Nefkens was appointed vice president and enterprise client executive by the ABN AMRO chief information officer to spearhead a major business turnaround /transformation for EDS at the financial services company. Services provided included IT transformation leadership, IT infrastructure outsourcing, and applications maintenance and development.

Prior to ABN AMRO, Nefkens led a similar restructuring with EDS’ Delphi business. As a result of his success in account transformation, he was recognized by the Delphi CIO as a “trusted adviser” and was awarded the EDS “Client Executive of the Year” award for 2005.

When he joined EDS in 2001, Nefkens led the Industrial Manufacturing Industry team. In that position, he was responsible for multiple outsourcing wins in Europe, the U.S. and Latin America.

Before joining EDS, Nefkens spent 10 years with Stinnes AG/Holland Chemical International NV, in which he held a range of positions including regional president/general manager in Mexico, Nicaragua, Venezuela and the western United States.

Nefkens graduated with a master’s degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Christian University.
 

Deb Nelson

SVP, Marketing, HP Enterprise Business

Deborah Nelson is responsible for worldwide marketing of HP’s services, software, servers, storage, and networking. She leads marketing across four global business units to deliver technology solutions that help medium-size and enterprise organizations achieve better business outcomes.

Previously, she ran global marketing for HP’s personal computers, technical workstations, handheld products, mobile and wireless solutions, and personal storage appliances. Nelson has held a broad range of marketing positions over her 20-year career. Her experience spans management of software, services and hardware products, channels and partners, marketing communications, market research, and business development in HP’s Americas and European field and worldwide organizations.

In June 2009, Nelson was honored with the HP Recognition Award by the Connect user group for her dedication, support and advocacy of the HP user community. She received the Frost & Sullivan Lifetime Achievement Award because of her pioneering efforts to drive marketing excellence at HP.

Nelson graduated from Northwestern University and serves on the board of directors for Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.
 

Christine Reischl

SVP & General Manager, Industry Standard Servers

Prior to her current position, Christine Reischl was the vice president of finance for the Enterprise Storage and Servers (ESS) segment for HP. Christine and her organization are focused on achieving short and long-term financial leadership through partnering with the business management team, driving strategic decision making through profit pool planning and portfolio management, ensuring operational excellence through rigorous biz lever management while maintaining strong fiduciary business controls.

Previous to her current role, Christine managed the financial performance of the HP Industry Standard Server and Blades business unit which doubled profits for three consecutive years with aggressive cost management, vendor negotiations and margin lever management. Christine is a global leader who has held management assignments in Europe and the US with experience in the Consumer, Commercial and Enterprise segments, both direct and indirect.

Prior to the HP and Compaq merger, Christine was the worldwide Controller for HP's Client Business Category and Mobile Computing Division with the mission to ensure profitability by tight cost and operations control. She was instrumental in the successful introduction of HP notebook computers into the retail channel.

She also played a pivotal role in the profitable turnaround of the notebook business through her work on supply chain redesign, including setting up the Taiwan/Asia direct ship infrastructure, and the Absolute Best Cost program. Reischl received a master’s degree in engineering from the University in Munich (Germany) and an equivalent master's degree in business administration from the ESC, Graduate School of Business, in France, Grenoble.
 

Sean Kenny

VP, Global Healthcare, HP Enterprise Services

Sean Kenny is vice president and general manager of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Global Healthcare for HP Enterprise Services. He is responsible for driving the business growth, strategy, and investments required to support both the BPO and the healthcare business around the globe. Kenny has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

As global industry leader for HP BPO service lines, Kenny drives the strategy and performance of the company’s BPO services. He reports directly to Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor.

Previously, Kenny served as vice president of Business Transformation Outsourcing Services, for EDS, now HP, where he led global efforts to grow the transformational applications and business process outsourcing business.

Before joining EDS in July 2005, Kenny held various executive positions at Capgemini and was a partner with Ernst & Young. At Capgemini, Kenny was global leader of its healthcare practice, and also led the North American sales and marketing organization, focusing on business and process improvement and implementations.

While at Ernst & Young, Kenny was responsible for growing the Global Healthcare practice into one of the leading managed care consulting practices in the United States and Canada.

Kenny is the author of The Contemporary Director, and a contributing author of The Managed Healthcare Handbook, Fourth Edition.
 

Robin Purohit

VP and General Manager, Software Products, HP Software & Solutions, Technology Solutions Group

Robin Purohit serves as vice president, Software Products within HP’s Software & Solutions business. He is responsible for design, development, marketing and go-to-market for Business Technology Optimization (BTO) applications and operations portfolios, as well as Information Management (IM) products.

Most recently he was vice president and general manager of HP Software’s* IM group. Before joining HP via the Mercury Interactive acquisition in 2006, Robin served as vice president of products at Mercury, where he led the application management, ITIL and IT governance product teams.

With the Mercury acquisition, Robin served as the Mercury leader for product and solution integration with HP Software. Earlier, Robin held a number of executive positions at Veritas Software in product management and strategy for storage software and utility computing during a six-year period.

Prior to Veritas, he was a product line manager for storage networking at 3COM where he was charged with developing business plans for the company's entry into the storage networking industry.

Robin is a returning HP veteran, having spent three years as an R&D manager and strategic planning leader for high performance computing and I/O strategy for the Unix group in the HP System Technology Group during the mid-1990s. Robin holds a BS degree from Waterloo University in Electrical Engineering and Physics/Co-Op program. *HP Software became HP Software & Solutions in November 2008.
 

Martin Fink

VP and General Manager, Software Products, HP Software & Solutions, Technology Solutions Group

Martin Fink is the senior vice president and general manager of Business Critical Systems (BCS) within HP’s Enterprise Storage and Servers business unit. He previously led the Open Source & Linux Organization and the NonStop Enterprise Division; BCS resulted from the November 2006 combination of those two groups with Business Critical Servers. BCS leverages the merged assets of HP’s high-end platform technologies and extends the value they deliver on top of any server, architecture, and operating system combination.

Previously, as head of the NonStop Enterprise Division, Martin was responsible for the development, delivery, and marketing of the HP Integrity NonStop family of servers, database, and middleware software and solutions. He led the effort to develop and launch the HP Neoview data warehouse platform, a major offering in the business intelligence arena. He oversaw the Atalla Security Products line of network security processors for banking, Internet, and enterprise applications. Finally, he led the overall Open Source and Linux strategy across HP, helping the company gain external market leadership in Linux.

Martin joined HP in 1985 and spent his first 10 years in field operations in Canada, holding a variety of positions in hardware and software support, consulting, and telecom sales. In 1995, he moved to HP’s Ft. Collins, Colorado site to work in HP OpenView telecom, where he managed small business startup activities. He was the R&D manager for the Verifone Software Business.

Subsequently, he held the position of R&D lab manager in the Customer Solutions Organization, with responsibility for HP-UX, Linux, and the patch program.Martin is listed as co-inventor on two patents related to online e-commerce and is the author of The Business and Economics of Linux and Open Source, published by Prentice Hall.

He graduated in electronics engineering from Loyalist College in Ontario, Canada.
 

Bob Schultz

VP Operations, Planning and Strategy, Enterprise Servers & Networking

Bob Schultz is vice president for Enterprise Server & Networking (ES&N) Operations, Planning and Strategy. Schultz is responsible for defining and driving ES&N business strategy and integrated operating processes to achieve targeted results across HP’s world-class server, storage and related software business units.

Schultz’s team includes Portfolio Management, Lab Infrastructure and ES&N Operations to ensure alignment of product, technical and developmental strategies, as well as execution of HP’s Adaptive Infrastructure strategy for customers.

Schultz has been involved in building businesses and driving new technologies in the storage and server industries for more than two decades.

Previously, Schultz was senior vice president and general manager of the Infrastructure Software division at HP. He was responsible for delivering solutions that unify data center resources through management, virtualization and automation so customers can build next-generation data centers. Prior to joining HP in 2002, he was chief operating officer for Adaptec Inc. and vice president of Server Storage at Compaq. He also held a variety of positions at AT&T, where he began his career.

Schultz holds a master’s in business administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, a master’s degree in computer science from Illinois Institute of Technology and a bachelor of science in engineering from University of Illinois.
 

Dennis Stolkey

SVP, U.S. Public Sector

Dennis Stolkey is senior vice president of the U.S. Public Sector for HP Enterprise Services. He is responsible for the business unit’s performance and relationships with U.S. federal, state, and local government customers and senior military officers. Stolkey most recently held a similar position at EDS, now HP. He reports to Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor.

Previously, Stolkey led several key areas within EDS, including vice president of U.S. Communications, Media & Entertainment. In addition, he led Global Network Design and Operations. He also had executive oversight for aspects of the EDS Bank of America account.

Stolkey also served as vice president of the U.S. Communications industry group, and as president of EDS General Motors (GM) North America.

Stolkey joined EDS in 1985 to support telecommunications initiatives. In 1989, he became division vice president. He was appointed vice president of Airline Services in 1993 and later named division vice president of Airline Services and Global Airline Accounts.

From 1995 to 1997, Stolkey held various presidential positions within the Travel, Transportation, and Logistics strategic business unit and eventually led this unit. Late in 1997, he assisted EDS and GM in developing new information technology outsourcing (ITO) products.

Stolkey was senior executive for the EDS BellSouth account in 1998. Later, he was promoted to president, Information Solutions. Before joining EDS, Stolkey spent 20 successful years in the telecommunications industry.
 

Kevin Jones

SVP, Asia Pacific and Japan, HP Enterprise Services

Kevin Jones is senior vice president of the Asia Pacific & Japan Region for HP Enterprise Services. He is responsible for driving the business unit’s operations in India, Greater China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. He reports directly to Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor.

Before his current position, Jones was vice president and managing director of the EDS, now HP, UK government Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) account. He led a team of 4,000 employees responsible for sales, service delivery, consulting, and client relationships for business generating over $1.3 billion in annual revenue.

Jones began his EDS career in 1989 as a financial analyst for the Corporate Financial Planning Group. He has held a number of key leadership positions during his more than 19 years with EDS including client executive for the EDS UK government Jobcentre Plus account, where he oversaw client relationships, sales, and delivery for contracts generating $400 million annual revenue.

Jones was also client executive in the Southeast U.S. Subregion; geography client delivery executive for Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee; and regional client delivery executive for Policy Holder Services for the Business Process Management line of business.

Jones has a bachelor of business administration degree from James Madison University with a major in finance. He is a certified management accountant.
 

Marius Haas

SVP and General Manager, ProCurve Networking

Marius Haas oversees the group’s worldwide operations, with a focus on expanding its position as a leading networking supplier in the market. Previously, Haas served as senior vice president of strategy and corporate development for HP. In that role, he led initiatives that focused on improving efficiency and driving growth, including the execution and integration of all acquisitions since 2004. He also oversaw the company’s strategic planning process, new business incubation and strategic alliances.
 

Mark Potter

VP and General Manager, BladeSystem, Enterprise Servers and Storage Business

Mark Potter is the vice president and general manager of the BladeSystem organization in the Enterprise Storage and Servers (ESS) business unit at HP. Mark and his team are responsible for developing the BladeSystem portfolio of products, services and solutions to meet the needs of enterprise and corporate data centers, corporate remote office, service providers and small/medium businesses, building on HP’s Adaptive Infrastructure vision.

Previously, Mark led the software strategy and R&D for the ProLiant and Blade programs for HP’s highly successful Industry Standard Server (ISS) business unit, and helped HP achieve market leadership in the x-86 server market.

Prior to joining Hewlett Packard in January 1989, Mark was in the aerospace industry where he held a variety of positions. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
 

Tan Yen Yen

Vice President & Managing Director, HP Singapore

Tan Yen Yen is Vice President and Managing Director for Hewlett-Packard Singapore. She is responsible for driving overall revenue and profitability for HP in Singapore, and leads HP Enterprise Business in Singapore. Yen Yen was previously Director for Software Global Business Unit for HP Southeast Asia and India. She played an instrumental role in establishing and growing HP's software business in this region during her tenure. Prior to this, Yen Yen was General Manager for Infrastructure & Systems Sales for HP SEA. Her extensive experience includes regional and country management roles in HP's Channels and Alliances Business and Sales as well. Before joining HP in 1993, she worked for the Ministry of Defence Systems & Computer Organisation and a regional software company.

Yen Yen participates actively in Singapore's infocomm industry, serving as Chairman of the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF) Council 2008-2010, Deputy Chairperson on the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts' (MICA) Internet and Media Advisory Committee, Member of the Government Parliamentary Council of MICA, as well as Member in the Economic Strategies Committee's IT Working Group sub-committee. She is also a Member of the Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) of Singapore's Board.

In addition, Yen Yen sits on the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry's IT Advisory Panel; the Board of Advisors of Singapore Management University's School of Information Systems, National University of Singapore's School of Computing, and National Grid Office; Singapore Institute of Management's International Academic Panel; as well as the Young Business Leaders Selection Panel of National Youth Council's Youth Network. Yen Yen has a degree in Computer Science from National University of Singapore, a postgraduate diploma in Marketing from Singapore Institute of Management, a postgraduate diploma in Marketing Management from Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), and an Executive MBA degree with Helsinki School of Economics Executive Education. Married with four children, she enjoys golf, diving, cycling and reading.
 

Anthony McMahon

Vice President, APJ Sales HP Software & Solutions, Hewlett-Packard - Asia Pacific & Japan

Anthony McMahon is vice president of sales for HP Software & Solutions in Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ).

From 2005 until 2008, Anthony served as vice president of Enterprise Servers and Storage (ESS) in APJ, leading the region's server, storage and infrastructure software business. His responsibilities included the market-leading server range comprising HP Proliant, HP Superdome, HP Integrity and HP Non-Stop, as well as storage solutions under HP StorageWorks and ESS infrastructure software such as HP Proliant Essentials and Virtual Server Environment (VSE).

Following the HP-Compaq merger, Anthony led HP's APJ Direct business, where he was responsible for the direct business model as well as pre-sales contact center operations, hp.com and internet marketing services. After the merger, he oversaw the successful asset consolidation of websites and contact centers and the expansion of the direct-to-customer business model across Asia.

Before moving to Singapore in 2002, Anthony was based in the United States, building and operating the Direct Business and Teleweb ecosystem for HP. He also led the North American HP contact center consolidation project, which strengthened the customer experience and lowered costs across eight contact centers. His first North American role was as the Americas business unit manager for HP notebooks where he led efforts that boosted HP's market position from 16th to 5th place. His first role with HP was as Intel products manager for HP Australia.

Prior to joining HP, Anthony held various positions at Osborne Computer Corporation, the leading personal computer vendor in Australia. His experience outside the IT sector includes management, finance, sales and operations roles over a nine-year period in both Australia and Europe, with TNT (worldwide express freight) and Ansett Airlines.

Anthony holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
 

David Gee

Vice president, Worldwide Marketing HP Enterprise Services

David Gee is vice president of Worldwide Marketing for HP Enterprise Services. In this role, Gee is responsible for driving the marketing teams globally across a broad portfolio of Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Applications and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. He drives worldwide marketing strategy, product marketing, planning, and execution. He also leads development and communication of messaging and demand generation for all aspects of the EDS portfolio. Gee reports to Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor and also serves as part of the Technology Solutions Group functional marketing leadership team.

Before his current role, Gee was vice president of marketing for HP Software, where he was responsible for all brand positioning and demand generation activities—including campaign development, user conferences, and press and analyst relations—for the HP enterprise software and solutions portfolio. During his five-year tenure in this position, Gee played an integral role in transforming the HP software business and brand through a series of strategic acquisitions and the tripling of the unit's workforce and revenues. Gee's marketing leadership was instrumental in building credibility for the HP Software brand and positioning HP as one of the premier software organizations in the world.

Before HP, Gee was vice president, international, for the Yahoo! Enterprise Solutions business unit and was responsible for the sales, marketing, operations, and overall business strategy of Yahoo!'s offerings in the enterprise information portal marketplace outside the United States.

Previous to Yahoo!, Gee was vice president of Sun Microsystems' Global iForce programs. He joined Sun in 1999 as vice president of marketing for the company's Software Systems Group. Before joining Sun, he was the director of IBM's NetGen group. There he spearheaded the European development of this division, which was focused on sales and marketing initiatives for the ISP, ASP, and Internet markets.
 

Mario Anseloni

Vice President and Country Managing Director, HP Brazil

Mario Anseloni is vice president and country managing director for the Enterprise Business in Brazil, since November 2006.

Mario joined HP in September 1998, as a business development manager for Latin America, based in Miami, FL.

Since then, Mario has experienced acclerated career development by taking different managerial positions within Latin America in planning, marketing, sales, business management, and general management.

Prior to joining HP, Mario worked at IBM in Brazil.

Mario holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Unicamp and a Master of Business Administration degree from Thunderbird.
 

Pete Karolczak

SVP and General Manager, Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing, HP Enterprise Services

Pete Karolczak is senior vice president and general manager for Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) within HP Enterprise Services. In this position, Pete has global responsibility and leadership authority for ITO services strategy, portfolio, network, data centers and ITO delivery processes. He also leads the horizontal optimization of global ITO resources, costs and delivery models across regions and key accounts.

Prior to his current role, Pete was vice president of HP’s IT Infrastructure and Operations; responsible for core infrastructure (compute, storage, data centers) and end-user services (collaboration, client computing, print, access, mobility) as well as global application, infrastructure and site operations. In this role Pete led a dramatic transformation of global infrastructure into a consolidated and highly standardized set of Next Generation Data Centers. Pete has held a variety of executive positions over his 23-year career at HP and has been an integral part of some of the company’s most significant transformations.

As HP Services Client Executive, Pete was accountable for managing the business relationship and delivery commitments across all services, HP businesses and functions received from HP Services including infrastructure and application outsourcing, application development and business process outsourcing services. Immediately following the announced merger between HP and Compaq, Pete was asked to lead the merger IT Integration Office. After the primary merger goals were met, he was asked to lead a second significant transformation - this time for the company-wide combined business operations and IT functions. Prior to these assignments, Pete was Vice President, Chief Information Officer for HP’s Consumer Business and earlier, the CIO for HP’s Inkjet Imaging Systems.

Pete attended Stanford University in the early 1980s, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science.
 

Tom Iannotti

Managing Director and Senior Vice President, HP Americas and Enterprise Business Group

Tom Iannotti is managing director and senior vice president for HP’s Americas Region and for the Americas Enterprise Business Group. He is responsible for leading HP’s Enterprise business across the U.S., Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean and for driving profitable revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As part of his role, Iannotti chairs the Americas Leadership Team responsible for managing cross-business group strategies and developing partnerships with key HP stakeholders.

Iannotti has worked with HP for 30 years in global and regional leadership roles in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Prior to his current role, he was managing director and senior vice president of HP’s Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) Region. Previously, Iannotti led worldwide Business Operations for the Technology Services Group and he also managed HP’s Consulting and Integration business, a global team of 16,000 service professionals.

Early in his career, Iannotti managed Compaq’s services business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and held senior positions in sales and marketing for both Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Iannotti holds a degree in economics and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development. He also serves as a board member for Applied Materials (Nasdaq: AMAT).
 

Paul Tsaparis

President and CEO, HP Canada

Paul Tsaparis was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett-Packard (Canada) Co. in September 1998. HP is a leading global technology solutions provider.

Tsaparis is responsible for all aspects of the company's operations in Canada. He is also responsible for business development initiatives, such as alliances and partnerships that increase HP’s presence in Canada and enable it to continue to add value to the customers, partners and communities it serves.

Tsaparis joined HP in 1984 as Marketing Program Manager and has held progressively senior appointments including Telecommunications General Manager, General Manager for HP Consulting in Canada and immediately prior to being appointed to his current position, Tsaparis was Vice President, Computer Organization.

During his time with HP Canada, Mr. Tsaparis has also worked and studied internationally, attending the Co-operative Japanese and Business Society Program in Tokyo in 1985 with the Council of International Educational Exchange.

Tsaparis holds an MBA from York University in Toronto and an undergraduate degree in science and economics from the University of Toronto. Tsaparis is Past Chair of the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC), currently chairing the ITAC Board of Governors. He is also a board member of the National Aboriginal Achievement Foundation, a member of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, and Past Chair of Third Brigade, a security software company. He is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Schulich School of Business at York University, where he was honoured in 2004 with an alumni award for his contributions to the School. Tsaparis is also a past recipient of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 Award – a national program that honours Canadians under the age of 40 who have achieved a significant level of success.
 

Steen Lomholt-Thomsen

VP and General Manager HP Software & Solutions, Hewlett-Packard EMEA

Steen Lomholt-Thomsen joined HP in September 2008 and serves as Vice President and General Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for HP Software & Solutions.

HP Software & Solutions delivers management and industry solutions enabling our customers to optimize business outcomes and extract more value from their investments in people, applications, infrastructure, networks and information.

Steen brings extensive leadership capabilities in sales, marketing and management built over more than 15 years in the IT and software industry. He also brings very deep knowledge of the system and service management market and has delivered strong growth as well as successfully integrated multiple acquired companies.

Prior to joining HP, Steen had been at IBM for 10 years where he held various senior and executive positions at their software division. Before joining HP, he had been Vice President for IBM’s software division in the Nordics where he was responsible for sales, marketing and services. He has also served in several executive positions for IBM’s Tivoli software division with the latest being Vice President for Tivoli software in Northern Europe based out of Zurich. Steen also held an executive position running Tivoli’s Automation business worldwide out of Austin, Texas. Before this he worked in various management positions for Tivoli software in the Nordics and in Europe.

Before joining IBM Steen worked at NCR’s retail and financial group for 6 years, where he was responsible for their software retail application business and was the strategy and business development director for NCR’s financial group out of London.

He holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
 

Hans Daniels

Vice President and Managing Director HP Netherlands and Enterprise Business, Netherlands

Hans Daniels (1959) was appointed to the position of Managing Director of HP Netherlands in August 2005. He is also the Director of the biggest division of HP Netherlands, Enterprise Business.

Hans Daniels shapes the strategy of the company’s Dutch operations, the growth ambitions and the social and commercial entrepreneurship of the organisation. Under his leadership, HP Netherlands has evolved into the leading technology company in the Netherlands.

In recent years, Hans Daniels has presented an image of a businessman with an innovative, market-driven approach. His decision to turn all HP personnel in the Netherlands into flexworkers has resulted in a highly efficiently and effectively operating organisation. This type of project illustrates how HP technology is leveraged to improve the way in which customers work and live.

Hans Daniels got his first job with HP in 1989, and has fulfilled several positions within the company both in the Netherlands and in Europe. From 1997 to 1998 he was General Manager of the EMEA Customer Support Centre in Dublin; from 2001 to 2002 he was Director Compaq Global Services. In the period from 2002 to 2005, he fulfilled the position of Vice President HP Services General Western Europe.

Before Hans Daniels joined Compaq and HP, he worked for leading organisations like NCR and Siemens Netherlands.

Hans Daniels obtained his MBA at Northeastern University in Boston.
 

Robb Rasmussen

Vice president and general manager, Best Shore® Services, HP Enterprise Services

Robb Rasmussen is vice president and general manager of Best Shore Services for HP Enterprise Services. He is responsible for leading the business unit’s offshore and nearshore services, and evolving the global delivery model for Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Applications and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. He also has oversight of the relationship between MphasiS and HP.

Prior to this role, Rasmussen was vice president and general manager of Applications Services for HP Enterprise Services, and was responsible for the business unit’s global applications services business.

With more than 20 years of experience, Rasmussen has held a variety of strategic leadership roles at HP. He was formerly the HP Services Business Operations leader supporting the implementation of Technology Solutions Group strategies through significantly improved operation, technology, and business process management. Prior to that, Rasmussen was vice president of Portfolio, Marketing & Alliances for HP Services.

Prior to joining HP, Rasmussen held a number of executive leadership positions within EDS’ Consulting Services unit and Strategic Alliances.

Rasmussen holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management.
 

Roderick Walker

Vice President, Business Intelligence Solutions, HP Software and Solutions

Rod Walker is a Vice President in the Business Intelligence Solutions unit of HP Software and Solutions. His mission is to grow the BIS organization into the largest, most respected BI consultancy in the world and combine it with the BIS Neoview product offerings to create holistic solutions that lead the industry in solving our customers’ most pressing business problems. Rod’s responsibilities include working with our largest customers and prospects, facilitating cross-business unit connections around business intelligence to create new ways to leverage the entire HP portfolio for the customer’s benefit, and helping to make HP the largest provider of business and technology solutions for the BI challenges of the Global 2000.

Rod joined HP in December, 2006 when it acquired Knightsbridge Solutions, a leading BI consultancy. At Knightsbridge, Rod served as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board. His strategic guidance led Knightsbridge into strong year-over-year growth. Rod has earned numerous awards and honors, including Ernst & Young's Illinois Entrepreneur of the Year and the International Association of Business Communicators' Spectra Integrity Award for communications leadership excellence, among others.

Rod has 38+ years of experience in information services consulting and systems integration. Before joining Knightsbridge, Rod was a co-founder and senior executive of Technology Solutions Company (TSC). Prior to TSC, he was a partner with Arthur Young & Company. Given his experience in entrepreneurial ventures, Rod brings significant depth in building fast-growth IT businesses, from selling and managing complex IT solutions to mergers and acquisitions, profit and loss management, and infrastructure development. Rod holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
 

Célio F. Bozola

Country Managing Director(acting), HP Brazil

Bozola has been working for HP since January 2008. The executive joined the company as EDS Brazilian Operation President. EDS, after being acquired by HP, became the company´s service division, now known as HP Enterprise Services. With the acquisition, Bozola became Vice-President, position he currently holds. Since Janurary 2010 he has been also acting as HP Brazil Country MD (*).

The executive has over 25 years of experience in IT and Telecom. Prior to joining HP, he acted as Diebold Service Director, Impsat Brazil CEO, Brazilian Association of Competitive Telecommunication Service Providers (Telcomp) Consultative Council President, and NCR Brazil President. He also held managing roles in national IT companies.

Bozola holds a bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo and a Master of Business Administration degree from Fundação Dom Cabral.
